It is only good if you want the out of the box console experience and don't even want to go into an options menu. If you are OK with some minor fiddling the entire rating system can be completely ignored. i feel like the system needs a tag that makes it clear that you need to fiddle but can make it work, and a completely BROKEN tag for things that truly don't work. very minor effort, but it DOES have some graphics artifacts and you need to change something to get rid of those. Streets of Rogue, unsupported tag, works perfect out of the boxĭeadpool has an unsupported tag, after some tweaking it runs perfect, PCGamingWiki. definitely with the older games though but you just throw a xliveless.dll in the folder and that is it. LEGO Star Wars III (Clone Wars) runs perfect without doing anything, unsupported tag.Ĭrysis has an unsupported tag, no idea why, works just fine for me.ĭirt 3, Grid 2 have unsupported tags, work just fine, there may be a Games for Windows Live thing you need to get past with one of them. LEGO Lord of the Rings, unsupported tag, runs perfect with Proton-GE I would not give that a playable tag if required files aren't even included in the download. I'd still give it a yellow playable tag and add some VERY specific text to the explanation as to why.ĭoom 64 has a playable tag, but is completely borked after just installing, you need to copy a SDL2.dll from another game or the moment you touch the sticks it starts lagging. Halo MCC has an unsupported tag but that is only because of anti-cheat, you can play the campaigns just fine with anti cheat disabled, you don't need to do anything special there, just select the 2nd launch option. it was just the stupid installer.ĭOOM (1993) has a unsupported tag but works perfect. in the end i got it working and the graphics run perfect. pak files from a retail Quake 2 install, i suggest using Desktop Mode to get past that, you need Quake 2 installed on the internal drive, it won't see the SD card and you may need to copy the pak0.pak manually into the folder, of course disable RTX and use OpenGL and i couldn't get past the installer with the native Linux version (although i only tried gaming mode with that one), but it worked with the Windows version, so. Quake 2 RTX has some silly setup window that wants to import. issue, graphics, sound and input usually work perfectly fine after you get past whatever is the roadblock. But my general experience is that it is some launcher, DRM etc. may need some fiddeling, some games more so than others. I also managed to get some games going that Valve has tagged as unsupported.
